Tasting notes
An inviting burst of floral and fruit notes—acacia blossom, white‑grape must and a twist of lemon peel—leaps from the glass. As the spirit opens, subtler hints of green‑apple skin, crushed cardamom and a faint almond‑husk nuance appear, echoing the “strong, elegant and bold” character promised on the label.
Full‑bodied and warming, yet remarkably pure. The double‑distilled grape spirit lands with ripe white‑grape sweetness before unfolding into layers of honeyed citrus, peach‑kernel oil and a gentle pepper‑spice bite. Oily texture coats the tongue, while crisp grapey freshness and herbal grace notes (anise, cardamom) balance the 49 % alc heat. A long, clean finish reprises the floral top‑notes and leaves a faint mineral snap. Enjoy neat at 12–14 °C, or alongside meze and sharp cheeses.
