Vivid blackberry, wild blueberry and bilberry leap from the glass, wrapped in cedar shavings and a crack of black pepper.
Palate
Supple and medium‑plus in body, the first sip brims with dark forest‑fruit and black‑cherry flavours framed by velvety tannins. Mid‑palate notes of mocha, cocoa and black‑tea leaf echo the wine’s time in oak, while bright acidity and a lingering pepper‑spiced finish keep the profile fresh and food‑friendly.
